Privacy Policy

Secure processes personal data in line with GDPR and Belgian requirements. This summary is informational and not a legal contract.

Data we process

• Identification: name, email, phone, address, ID documents (KYC).
• Account activity: log-ins, loan requests, payments, uploaded files.
• Technical: device, browser, IP (for security and fraud prevention).

Purpose

• Provide the lending platform, verify identity, assess affordability.
• Compliance (KYC/AML), security monitoring, incident response.
• Service communication (status updates, reminders, support).

Legal bases

Performance of a contract, legal obligations (KYC/AML), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention). Marketing is consent-based and minimal.

Storage & retention

Data is hosted in the EU where possible. Retention follows legal requirements for financial records and AML, then deletion or anonymization.

Sharing

We share data only with essential processors (cloud hosting, analytics if enabled, identity verification) under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.

Security

Encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege roles, logging without storing sensitive credentials. Uploaded files are protected; enable uploads only when storage rules are active.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure (where applicable), restriction, objection, data portability. Request via privacy@secure.oryxen.tech. You can lodge a complaint with the Belgian DPA.
