These terms govern the use of the Secure platform. They do not constitute a loan agreement. Loan offers are provided separately after assessment.

Eligibility

• Adults legally able to contract in Belgium.
• Identity verification (KYC) and AML screening required.
• Acceptable collateral and affordability assessment are mandatory.

User obligations

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information.
• Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
• Protect credentials; report suspected compromise immediately.

No guaranteed approval

Submitting information does not guarantee an offer. Decisions follow risk, collateral valuation and responsible lending rules.

Platform availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows and incidents may occur.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Secure is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated in-app or via email.
